We will start with a comprehensive head-to-toe evaluation via video to establish your baseline and entry-point into the rehab process.  From there, we put together a CUSTOM week-to-week rehab and strength program that is delivered via our Achilles Rebuild app!

Communication is KEY!

Once we get rolling, it's important that you of course PUT IN THE WORK.  But what's equally important is we work TOGETHER through this process to make sure everything we are doing HAS A PURPOSE, and is achieving the OUTCOMES we are aiming to achieve.  We do this with DAILY SUPPORT through our app, and mandatory WEEKLY CHECK-INS!

Your rehab requires customization, consistency and intensity with your workouts, as well as support to adjust for the day-to-day.  But to get back to sport - you need to work through activities that require more & more strain on the tendon.  To make sure you're prepared for the BIG jumps in intensity, it is important that you demonstrate the capacity to tolerate those new demands, which comes through OBJECTIVE testing... at both the ankle as well as throughout your lower body!
